Shipping & Returns
Processing time:
After receipt of your order, it will be processed within 2–3 business days processed and prepared for shipping.
Delivery time:
Delivery is usually made within 7–9 business days after shipping.
Please note that in individual cases (e.g., due to holidays, customs, or high shipping volumes), delays may occur.
Shipping confirmation & tracking:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping confirmation by email with your Tracking number (tracking code).
This allows you to check the shipping status of your package at any time.
Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the shipping destination and order quantity.
Uncollected or undeliverable packages:
If a package is due to Non-collection at the parcel shop, incorrect delivery address or missing acceptance returned to us, exists no entitlement to a refund of the purchase amount or the shipping costs.
The order can be placed upon request to be resent, as soon as the additional shipping costs have been covered by the buyer.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days after receipt) with photos of the damaged item.
We naturally take responsibility and ensure Replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
You can return items within 30 days return after receipt, provided the goods are in their original condition and unopened is located.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by external shipping service providers or force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
Please ensure that the specified delivery address is correct. The buyer is liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.
